Everyone’s getting into the spirit of the celebrations, including Baskin-Robbins, who just recently launched a gorgeous ice cream cake that is truly fit for a queen — the “English Garden” ice cream wedding cake, made with their signature ice cream flavours. The cake is inspired by the colourful gardens of the Cotswolds and designed by Baskin-Robbins pastry chef Christopher Boos. The intricate basket-weave top-tiered cake is elegantly iced with teal blue details, aptly inspired by an English rose garden. He chose a colour palette reflective of the bride-to-be’s favourite colour and classic style.

The cake is now available at participating Baskin-Robbins shops across Canada, but must be ordered a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Prices for the cake start at $29.99. It’s an absolutely lovely cake that’s ideal for sharing with your guests at your home viewing party, or even at your own nuptials. Freshly created, the cakes are entirely customized with your favourite flavours. Though all of Baskin-Robbins ice cream cakes can be completely customized — with or without sponge cake, choice of cake flavour and choice of ice cream flavour — Chef Boos combined Chocolate Mousse Royale ice cream and Chocolate Devil’s Cake to commemorate the special day for the young couple.
